A senior executive with an extensive track record of success in leading operational and supply chain improvement for a number of major multinational businesses. As a General Manager with responsibility for multiple sites, Steve gained significant experience in developing and implementing strategies to drive profitable growth. As a founding member of the company, Steve brings a wealth of experience with companies such as Mars Corporation, Kraft Foods, Ford and Unisys which has encompassed manufacturing, reliability, planning, logistics, engineering, project management and consultancy. Steve is a practical hands on thinker - communicator - coach with a clear vision for both his clients and Lauras International.

A manufacturing industry specialist with demonstrated track record of productivity and quality improvement, cost reduction and organisational change. Significant experience in developing and implementing business wide improvement strategies. Also a founding member of the company, Nick has previously held management positions with Simplot Australia, Kraft Foods, Mars and his career spans operations development, manufacturing, R&D, product and process design and packaging. He is a strong strategic thinker with an uncanny ability to keep detail focussed and simple.

Simon has an impressive track record of delivering significant savings in operations, supply chain and R&D. He spent over twenty years with Mars incorporated where, amongst other roles, he ran one of their fastest growing plants and was responsible for locating, converting and commissioning their first factory in Russia. His background in chemistry and initial experience of QA and R&D management gives us insights into how to get technical and production functions to work better together to deliver challenging business goals. During the latter part of his work prior to joining Lauras, Simon was involved with global SAP implementations and in delivering business process changes to deliver multi million Euro fixed cost savings. A gifted problem solver he has helped Lauras clients across the world to deliver extraordinary results and prides himself in being able to work at all levels of their organisations.
JEREMY PRAUD

Jeremy has over 10 years of experience of implementing sustained improvement in manufacturing and distribution. Instrumental to the growth of Lauras in UK and Europe, he has a long track record of delivering successful improvement; above expectations both in terms of bottom line results, and sustained change. Introduced to rapid improvement in the paper industry in the 1990's, he moved into line management roles with Cadbury Schweppes and Nestle Purina, before joining Lauras in 2002, and working across Australia, UK, Canada, France, and Spain. He is skilled at quickly identifying the greatest opportunity, and the tactics and strategies required to rapidly realise their benefit.

Clive has previously been responsible for the development of a global continuous improvement programme working for BPB Plc, which is now part of Saint-Gobain. Clive spent 7 years in this role working across the world including Europe, Canada, USA, Brazil, India, China, South Africa and Thailand.
Prior to this, Clive was TPM Manager with Campbell’s Grocery Products in King’s Lynn and in 2000 he started working under the guidance of Professor Yamashina of the Graduate School of Engineering in Kyoto and became an expert TPM practitioner. Earlier operations management experience includes high risk chilled at Geest Spalding, ambient and aseptic production at the Ambrosia creamery in mid Devon, high speed paper converting equipment and he even worked on the tunneling machines for the channel tunnel. Clive has visited Japan twice to study best practice in continuous improvement including one visit as part of a delegation from the European Union. Other notable successes include leadership of a global CI training programme and support for the turnaround of a loss making foundry.
Clive graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Plymouth in 1988 and was incorporated as a Chartered Engineer in 1994. In 2008 he was elected to be a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.
Clive brings an excellent mix of engineering and operations skills with an outstanding record of successful implementations.

DUNCAN MUNRO

Duncan has over 10 years experience in the delivery of sustainable, multi-site, multi-national improvement programs. Having spent many years in the emerging markets, he has built a reputation in identifying and delivering opportunity in low cost manufacturers throughout many different countries and cultures. Prior to managing the Aust/NZ business, he was responsible for Lauras’ Asia Pacific operations. Duncan has extensive operational experience in East and South Asia, Oceania and the Americas. Duncan is a very process oriented individual with natural problem solving abilities that have allowed him to excel in the continuous improvement field. He is a tenacious operator and a major driver behind strategy, improvement and new business streams for both Lauras International and its clients.

Over 20 years of broad manufacturing industry experience covering successful senior executive roles in engineering and manufacturing process management. Shan's in-depth understanding of total supply chain and manufacturing cost drivers has enabled him to deliver successful, innovative productivity improvements at local, national and international levels.
Shan brings a wealth of experience working with large global multinational manufacturing organisations, developing and successfully implementing business and operational improvement strategies to drive safety, productivity, quality and delivery. Also experienced in global supply spend management, delivering substantial spend optimisation in global category sourcing.
