The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) is the UK, and Europe’s, foremost professional body in the field of leadership and management. We at Lauras International are proud to say that our courses, and our trainers, are approved to offer ILM Development Awards to our clients as a Recognised Provider.

ILM’s rigorous process ensures that only programmes that meet the highest quality standards gain recognition. You can be sure when working with Lauras International that you will receive excellent training by skilled trainers.

For your trainees, not only do they receive excellent training but for a small individual fee they can be registered as ILM Trial Members. This provides them access to the ILM on-line resource centre, offering information on key management issues, career advice and full access to the Learning Zone. Upon successful completion of their training they will also receive an ILM certificate.
