Assessment Process
Site assessments take from between 3 days and 4 weeks, depending on the size, complexity, and the final level of detailed desired.
All assessments have at least two main outcomes:
The key site opportunities are identified, their value quantified, and achievable results over 3 years outlined, along with the required activity to realise the benefit to the bottom line.
The next step from an assessment is the management workshops, during which Lauras work with the site team together to size, rate (by difficulty) and develop timeframes for delivery.
If required, assessments can be made self-funding.

- Total Opportunity Matrix generates accurate SKU level performance from both existing data and line observations, enabling a view on genuine performance levels and true opportunities.
- Sustainable Improvement Model reviews site improvement maturity and identifies areas to be supported to ensure results are sustained and improved.
