Company Structure

We are an ambitious and dynamic company. Our people need to grow if the company is to grow. This is why we operate a structured development program for every employee, to ensure we can consistently exceed our clients expectations – today and in the future.

Consultant

As a Consultant with Lauras International you can expect to run a site based project. Applying and teaching our tools and methodologies with groups of client personnel to drive improvements and implement behaviour change. This is a graduate calibre position, requiring 5-10 years manufacturing based experience, and a proven ability to drive genuine improvement through a practical, hands-on approach.

Senior Consultant

Senior Consultants can expect to take full responsibility for successfully delivering the outcomes of their site based projects. They would also take a leading role in the further development of Consultants, and can expect to support the Engagement Leader in managing and developing client relationships.

Engagement Leader

The role of the Engagement Leader is to support and develop Senior Consultants and Consultants. This role also takes accountability for winning new clients.

Director

Each Director has a personnally significant financial stake in the company. Directors are responsible for the growth and performance of Lauras International worldwide.

Life Balance

Finding the right life balance is important. We operate a 3-4-5 system – 3 nights and 4 days away out of a 5 day working week. This helps balance career demands with home life priorities. Travel is an integral part of the role, but re-location is usually unnecessary. We offer something very different – to both our clients and employees.
